It was official.
No, it was more than wait. Wait, what was more than official?
It was a dead-set certainty, a inevitability, a dramatic and heart-breaking fact, a doom with no end.
He was lost. Again.
By now, Elihah shouldn't have been affected by his lack of direction, and yet he couldn't shed the niggling feeling of self disappointment and shame. Wait! What was that? Oh, it was only his self esteem. Hitting rock bottom.
The young working dog mounted a semi-stable looking pile of trash to get a survey of the area, ears pricked and twitching at even the slightest of noises. The wind was blowing over empty cans and steel, creating a whispering echo that made him shudder involuntarily.
A scent caught his nose, a dog? No way, what kind of dog would be crazy enough to hang around a dump like this? He pushed it out of his mind, dismissing his nose. Attempting to leap from his pile in a cool and suave manner, Elijah's paws slid on a smooth sheet of metal that gave way underneath him, turning his leap into a tumble as he rolled down the hill of junk.
He bashed his nose on something and recoiled with a jerk and a whimper, stumbling and tripping over a coil of some form of rubber. Tripping and rolling in the sea of waste, Elijah finally stopped, legs locked together and hunched down. He was surrounded on all sides, oen steps and he'd trip again. He just knew it.
His nose was sore.
What kind of a dog was afraid of rubbish!?
"S-someone!?"

The husky mix strutted around lazily. She had no intentions on going to an old and empty place such as this. The female supposed she could come here to relax, to try to get rid of her recent nightmares and flashbacks. What did they all mean? Was it a sign? Some of the nightmares weren't even related to her flashbacks. The main flashback was of Fuchsia watching her dad devour a helpless female. Well, females were the weaker and submissive beings. That's why she acted as a boy. Nobody would threaten her, and she could act as what she wanted to be freely. Females were also so needy and greedy, and a lot were sluts. No, Fuchsia wouldn't dare stooping down to the common feminine level. She would rise above them all, show them how idiotic and foolish they are.
It was a dark and crisp night, occasional gusts of wind blowing. As Sia neared the boring dump, a cold wind came over, making her shiver and bite her lip. A loud crash was heard, making Fuchsia grin a tiny, tiny, bit. The boisterous X chromosome quickly trotted to the noise, her ears perking with curiosity. She was hoping it wasn't going to be some idiot pup, or some stupid rat. Her eyes darted around to make sure no one was watching her as she quietly snuck up being a big heap of garbage. With a quick jump, Fuchsia landed perfectly on top, only to be looking down on what looked like yet another weak and clueless dog. He cried for someone, and since her jump was pretty loud, Sia sighed and said coolly "Someone as in what? A singular being or a figure of your imagination?"
So sorry! This was crappy.

He didn't have enough room to dramatically spin around in shock, and so instead Elijah's head flipped back, trying to catch a glimpse of the sudden voice. Just barely he could make out a large form, another dog? Well, she certainly sounded like one.
"Well both, I mean I do have a pretty good imagination, but I think you have a much better chance of helping me out than an invisible friend would." Elijah replied simply, as if the answer had been obvious, a smile of relief was already spreading across his muzzle. He was saved.
"You are going to help me right?" he asked curiously of the strange dog. Perhaps he was jumping out of one trouble only to land in more, he didn't know who this dog was, and she seemed fairly haughty to him.
Absently, he sent out a paw and whacked an empty can, sending it rolling. His nose felt a little better. Turning slowly, he looked up at the stranger with wide, eager eyes. "You heard me calling, and you came? I might have been being savaged by some monster! You're either really brave or really stupid, what's a delicate girl like yourself doing in this dump?"
Naturally Elijah thought all females were supposed to be delicate, giggly and eager to be saved by a handsome prince just like himself. But really who was he kidding? He was a useless prince, always the one in need of saving.
"This is absolutely ridiculous! Stupid rubbish, stupid stupid nose. I should just cut you off!"
Amount: Pitifully small Notes: It's no problem, sorry for the late reply. Tags: BluePlaid

The mix raised a brow at the intriguing dog. He was very different from the other males she usually encountered with and tried to avoid. He wasn't sweet-talking her, he wasn't completely annoyed with her, and it seemed her slightly enjoyed her sudden presence. The lassie thought to herself that it might be better to stick around for a bit to examine this specific specimen. Well, she thought, flattening her ears and looking away, if I interact with more dogs, then I could possibly understand them more, especially males. I still refuse to talk to females, though. Fuchsia looked back at the fallen dog and sighed with disappointment. "Im not here to help you, I'm here because I heard a loud noise." Sia said simply, swaying her fluffy tail behind her. She knew how girls acted, for she technically had two sisters and two moms. Her tail was the only thing she cared about her looks. She was constantly grooming it and showing it off.
The male then talked about if she was really brave or really stupid, and some other nonsense. The only thing Fuchsia heard in that statement was him calling her a "dainty girl." Her dark creams ears shot back as a small and quick snarl escaped from her mouth Fuchsia jumped on a piece of metal and slid down the junk yard pile halfway before she jumped off and landed on the ground next to the male. The light brown figure then quickly jumped onto him and stood over the lad, each paw by a shoulder as she lowered her head so close to his, the most gentle breeze could push them together. Her honey colored eyes showed peace, but her body expressions showed aggressiveness. Fuchsia was used to doing this, and she was doing this because she hoped that she would only have to tell him once that she isn't girly. "For your information, I am not a 'dainty girl.' In case you haven't noticed, I'm the one that's pinning you. You come off to appear to be weaker than most males. Why is that? Have you not exercised before? Have you never been in a fight?"
Fuchsia's tone of voice quickly changed from full of hatred to full of curiosity. Fuchsia narrowed her eyes and stared straight into the male's, still standing over him. After a couple seconds of scanning him, Sia hopped off, smacking him in the face with her fluffy tail in the process. "You know, I almost pity you." She gently poked him in the nose with the pad of her paw. Then spotting the can he hit early, she quickly whacked it, sending it flying off a little ways before landing by some dead thing. You should be able to do that, uhm..." Fuchsia cocked her head to the side as she scooted closer to the male's side, sitting down. She stared into his eyes again, being dead serious as he eyes were obviously filled with a thirst for knowledge. State your name. I am Fuchsia, and if we are going to become... acquaintances... we should first start by knowing each other's names and personal information." With a firm nod, Sia grinned slightly as she eagerly waited for a response.
