Name: Ferno.
Age: one year
Gender: Female
Breed: Doberman
Physical, Height & Weight Description:
Having been born the runt of the litter, it still shows now as she grows into the adult of her breed, for her height at shoulder is just 23 inches - at least two inches less than the regular Doberman, and her weight reflects this also, slight yet not quite small enough to be mistaken for a Miniature Pinscher. Her markings are the classic black and tan, found worldwide over with brown slash eyebrows and two tan points on the chest. Tan bears over her paws also, rising upwards her leg though pausing far below the elbows. She has natural ears and tail, which often give the impression of a softer natured canine, unfortunately for those that fall for this. She tends to use the ears, and large doe-eyes especially to this great advantage. Though fighting is a large part of her life, so far, there are no long-lasting scars to marr her natural beauty. Fitness is of great importance to her, and so she is toned, and rather muscular for a female of her height. A number of her teeth are chipped and mismatched from eating inedible and unsuitable items whilst growing to the point where she is now. She also has a noticeable habit of gnawing on rocks when nervous, anxious or either incredibly bored.
Personality:
It would be fruitless to say she is cold-hearted and doesn't feel emotions. As well as untruthful. To be more precise, she controls them with an iron fist, and for this reason, is able to conceal precisely what she feels behind a masquerade. Unless, of course it's anger, in which case she has no problem with losing her temper and allowing others understand perfectly what she's experiencing at that time. Like any other stray, she goes through moments of content happiness, shallow loneliness, and trying periods of dissatisfaction but rarely dwells on these. Self-pity doesn't come into it, and she loathes canines who moan about the negativity of life constantly. Patience is another lacking flaw in her personality. That said, she probably doesn't have much going for her personality bar self-confidence and a self-belief that propels her through life on quite a steady path. Whilst she has been known to socialise, it's nearly always on her terms.Cold months are one of the few times she might seek out company - to use the affections of a pathetic male as she is not built for living outdoors in cold weather and it's the one time of year that she truly abhorrs.
History:
Unfortunately, perhaps, she has no exciting historical line to speak of. Born to a litter of just three pups, thanks to a weak, terminally ill moth and two stillborns, it was no surprise that all three puppies would be runtish looking, and far smaller than the generic Doberman puppy litter. However, their mother managed to keep alive long enough to wean the puppies off her own sickly milk and onto soft foods. Her father, also no champion or hero, foraged to keep the pups alive, and they were living in a badger sett at the time - somewhat cramped, but warm and cozy at the same time. Once the pups were old enough to venture outwards into the world, their father began teaching them the basics of hunting immediately, and, as they lived in a large forest area, the vicinity was prolific with fresh meat, and they fed well. It was then that she began her love for fitness and agility. Their mother passed when the pups were four months old, and from there on, her little family disbanded, with the father losing interest as he'd taken up with another fae, and left the youngsters to their own devices. Perhaps not the proudest moment of her life, but as winter came and snow lay thickly on the ground, food was lacking and so, she and her two siblings took to battling one another - with the end result being that she took the lives of both, and fed well on their plump carcasses. Once Spring hit, she took to the roads, knowing the forest held no more for her, and hasn't looked back since. Now, finding herself in the stray-filled streets of Cairoco, she knows there's something here for her; it's just a case of finding out what that something is.
