Okay, so I am making a Character, she's gonna be young so she is going to need a gaurdian. Post if you are interested.

Plot:
She was locked in a shelter, barely born, lights turned off, with only the company of her mother, siblings, and herself. No food, no water, except for the ocasional rat or ceiling drip. She was eating the milk from her mother, her two siblings hogging most of it, but all were becoming ill and thin. Her mother was a rack of bones hardly able to feed her children, but had the will to stay alive. Her siblings slowly began dying off, one by one, until her mother stopped producing milk, and a hearbeat. By this time, she was a month and a half old and she had all the milk to herself, so she filled up. Now she was trapped in a kennel, with her dead mother and sibling, collecting flies. She was living off of the dripping spots in the cieling, the flies from her family, and a rare rat. Whoever comes in will know, for she is constantly screaming and crying hoping someone would resue her.
