The pack is based around survival. They basically hold fights between members in order to gain food. And they steal young puppies to train them how to fight. (my boy Legacy will be the trainer. hehe) Ummm, what else? Should Legacy be, like, really close to Bonfire before the pack starts up? The job will probably require trust between him and the alpha since he's being trusted with the pack's money makers...

Oh, and should we call it a pack or should we keep the member number down by limiting registration and call it a gang?

I think we could easily call it a pack and I like the idea of it being based on survival. As for conflict over food within pack bonds, may be we could have it like a wolf pack?

Alpha and high ranks get the choice meat (heart, liver, etc) and those lesser then them get whatever else, so there still could be fights between who gets what and alpha challenges within the pack.

I am cool with Bonfire and Legacy being buds before the pack too. Would that be sorta in the history that they met and stuff, since the pack will be made soon or are we going to thread them to get to know one another?

We can have them know each other from their past, however I definitely want to get them in a few threads together before the pack opens up.

Are they going to hold, like, gamble fights open to the public for "betting"? That's what I was originally thinking when I suggested it. That a few canines would bet on a fight and whoever wins get the food. -shrug- That'd take a lot of organization thing. Maybe it could be an underground operation under the pack.

Oooh. How about one of the threads for them is when they start up the betting thing just to get some thing to eat on the streets you know?

I think if just the Alpha and some dogs chosen to come with her, would go to the public bets to get some food for the pack and they could also take the pups to get them used to the feeling and eventually just send out a little gang of pups to gather some food, and those who survive the first mission can move up in rank?

Okay, just lettin' ya'll know that I love this idea and think Admiral will have to be in on something to do for it, at least for a little while or until he gets bored. He's a bit egotistical and still thinks himself a prince, so I don't know how well he'd actually mesh with the others. But still, it would give me great muse.

I have a doctor dog coming up. As in, he has actual medical knowledge and is disturbingly intelligent. I've been thinking of toning him down a bit on this site since this isn't as dark a site as the last one he was on

As an aside, Eagle has been through training how to fight and survival because of his mother. However, I don't see him as meshing with these guys since he is trying to distance himself from his past. I see a future plot where a member from this pack targets him and have to back off because he isn't as weak as they first thought.

Maybe they can have a relationship where they teach each other things if the dog is a young dog who was hoping to gain rank through a mission if you are going with that

I am cool with all the ideas but Bonfire might not be very good with a doctor around. She doesn't believe in that stuff but it could create some good tension between her and him if some random sickness swept through, XD

Fish will be let into the pack by the other leader, Legacy, because he's basically the best at healing as well as understanding medical and scientific shiz. Bonnie's not going to like this and there will be clashes between her and Fish like all the time

Eventually, Fish will prove his worth to her.

Now we need some rank set up. We have two alphas, a healer, and all pups are little warriors until they survive their mission.

Ok, so would Legacy letting in the doctor effect Bonfire and Legacy's relationship, or would she just be upset at him for a while but get over it? It's a good plot, I just want to make sure.

As for the ranks, I'm assuming Legacy and Bonfire will be the alphas, but not mates? Like, to reduce the possibility of being played, their mates would have no power or something? -shrug- I'm not sure were Legacy stands right now in the ranks. However, I would be more than happy to come up with ranks for you.

As for the name, I think we would have tons of fun naming them after a famous Empire I think that's what they're called. I forget.

She might not talk to him personally may be only pack talk. Like, bets and food count etc. She would get over it after a while though. As for ranks, I like what you are thinking. Both alphas. Not mates. And their mates have no rank value.

So now all that's left is to come up with ranks, a name, and then post the idea, correct?
