It was twilight and he was lying in a graveyard. It was strange, he knew, but there was something about being surrounded by death that didn’t bother him the way it did others. He felt like he was more comfortable with the fact that everyone died than other dogs. He had caused death, and once, had very nearly died. Death wasn’t a foreign thing to him. In fact, it was one of the most normal things in his life.
He straightened, letting his head rest upon his black and tan paws with a sigh. He wasn’t tired, after coming out of the latest depressed episode; he had slept for nearly two and a half days straight. His face crinkled at the thought. He didn’t like how he couldn’t control his own feelings, how sometimes he was so wrapped up in random thoughts and excitement that he was on top of the world, only to come crashing down and realize how stupid he had been. Above all, Admiral despised stupidity and ones that couldn’t control themselves. The simple fact that he too was sometimes what he hated prickled at him painfully. That he, a prince, had inherited the disease that had broken his three brothers and mother into something little more than whirlwinds of disaster.
He growled and shook his head, ears flapping against his head. He didn’t often dwell on his problems, instead he just pushed it aside and forgot about it. It was easy to do, since it felt so much like someone else’s experiences, the episodes of euphoria and melancholy. He always traveled on so much anyway that he hadn’t had to explain his disease to anyone before. He simply kept walking, kept living for no apparent reason because he was too proud to simply lie down and die. He still had yet to meet a dog that could even be worthy enough of to try and kill him. Instead, he just kept going.
He stood up, feeling the need to stretch his legs. He walked around the graves, ghosting out between the thick rock headstones. He just trotted on, sniffing here and there to please himself by doing whatever he wanted. He came to a stop at a large mausoleum. It surprised him, the sheer size of it and he sank down on his haunches to admire it. It stretched feet above his head and an angel covering her face with her hands towered over him. Her wings were wide and the left was broke, crumbling down.
Why did humans build such things? Why honor the dead when they would become nothing more than memories? Even the huge mausoleum was being torn apart by nature. Why did humans fight the inevitable? Admiral’s whole family was dead and lying as nothing more than dust in a city far away. But that didn’t mean they weren’t still as royal as they were the day they died. But still, it was strange to Admiral. Blithe and his brothers were distant memories, but fond ones that Admiral didn’t mind reliving.

I'm in love with the game, not in love with all of it. The beautiful dog walked with grace and elegance. Each paw stuck out neatly in front of her, gently and almost lady like, but if anyone that was close to her knew this was an act. Usually she walked with a heavy gate, one that screams male rather than female- but in her nostrils the scent of male tingled her nose, in which her zestfulness came out.
Her head was held high, and her beautifully feather tail draping over her back like some kind of sexy flag. Her fur was placed perfectly, crystal white with her golden brown almond shaped eyes peering out. Though she still had that nasty pink scar over her right eye, she still looked beautiful- like a princess that you never asked for. She felt like she was royalty at the moment, feeling good in all the wrong ways.
Breathing in, the sinful canine followed the path that the male was taking. Soon enough, she spotted the dog. Surprised in her pickings, a lustful smile crossed her lips, and a sparkled entered her eyes. Slowly, she trotted up to the black and tan male who was sitting staring up at a monument. Well, hello big boy. She said, her voice smooth and soft, with a tone of sex in it. She circled the male, staring at him; examining the male, she liked what she had found. He was musclar, and large and obviously the type she liked. He looked doberman, which was perfectly fine with her. As long as he wasn't a nerd and was good looking, Lexa really did not have a type. It wasn't like she was trying to find love with him.
How's it going, big boy? She asked stopping her pacing in front of him. She sat down deliactly, wrapping her white, plush tail over her tiny paws, a invinting smile crossed her lips, her eyes overthrowing wih longing for the male. This will be a good night. Lexa thought to herself.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,500,true] | [atrb=background,http://i49.tinypic.com/svs6zt.png] Admiral sat still, face uplifted to the weeping angel with dull interest shining in his jade-yellow eyes. His left ear, torn ragged into a v, hung in his left eye. He shook it out, and his large nose caught the scent gently wafting on the breeze. Female. He stood up, head tilted with interest. It was odd for a dog to be way out here, much less a female out in the graveyards. He turned as the scent got stronger and saw her.
She gleamed in the dark. It was the best way to put the way the moonlight shone off her coat. He couldn’t help but place his customary smirk on his maw as she came closer, her vocals reaching his ears. He heard the undertone to it and gave her a bemused expression. Just because she was pretty didn’t mean he was going to stoop to her level. Not that he didn’t want to; she was so willing and rather striking. There was just one problem. He had never been able to eat his food without toying with it first.
His snarky grin grew more as she circled him. Lesser dogs would have found it enticing, he just wondered what she thought she was accomplishing. He waited until she stopped circling to answer, his smirk growing in size at her remark. Was there no imagination to the soiled doves of this town? He bit back the scathing remark he wanted to release in favor or toying with her a bit more. He hadn’t had female company in quite some time, so he was apt to keep her here for a few moments more until he decided what to do with her. The smug look in her eye, however, caused his own to flash with amusement. He liked the power he would wield over her for a few moments more.
”It appears to be going rather boring, nothing in this town has caught my attention.”. That was a bald-faced lie, but she wouldn’t know that. Wouldn’t know that it wasn’t her that had caught his attention. A certain thin Saluki and abnormal Doberman were the women he thought of when he wanted to think of women. Saddle Creek was a nice place for now, until his diseased mind spent too many days riding high and then slamming him down so low he didn’t move for days. He tilted his head, teeth glinting in the dark as the moon glinted off his open-mouthed roguish grin. ”What is a dame like you doing all by yourself?”

[/b] He asked, knowing she would want his name. They always thought cooing it in his ears would make him value them more. It didn’t. His smiled widened. Lexa study the make, eyeing his every bodily structure. She noticed his v-shaped ear, which just added to her attraction towards the male. His black and brown doberman body caused the white witch much excitement. She knew that he was watching her every move. She knew that her looks were powerful, and she also knew that males picked things up like this quickly.
His eyes flashed with amusement, as a smile crossed Lexa’s lips. She listened to him speak, feeling a tad upset that she did not catch his attention, but she also wasn’t sure that he was just playing hard to get. There was no playing hard and get with Lexa. She either wanted you or didn’t.
She stared at Admiral, thinking about a witty response, but she couldn’t think of one. Finally, she smiled and replied. “Well, I can put some excitement in your night.” She said, looking at him, with a smile across her face, batting her eyelashes in a flirtatious manner. Her tail placed over her paws, keeping her toes warm.
Lexa always seemed to get cold easily, but she also was very small- beyond her thick, white coat, where Lexa’s frame. She rarely ate, and when she did was it nibbles here and there; basically, just enough food to keep the canine from dying. From the lack of food, side affects like extreme tiredness and always being cold were just something the white princess had to deal with.
Shivering in the autumn night, Lexa’s ears perked up as the dog in front of her spoke. The tip of her tail wagged in pleasure as she listened to his question. [b"]Well, just wandering, I guess…What about you?"
[/b] She asked, questioning the male as well. She didn’t like being questioned, but when questioned she didn’t do much to show her displeasure, and that’s only gender related. Lexa knew if the doberman was a female, this whole conversation would be different. Her whole demeanor would change. Sitting there, staring at the handsome male, Lexa couldn’t stop to think about his name. Many of the times, the males she befriended for the night didn’t give her a name, or at least a real name. Lexa wasn’t opposed to the players, she herself could be called a player, she played the game as much as everyone else. Oddly enough, the white shepherd still became emotionally attached to all her partners. Craving them all, and though she knows the same outcome of what they’re going to do, she still believes that one will be different. And even when she does find one that is different, Lexa cannot change. I’m Lexa," She said smoothly, staring at the Doberman, a smile flashed across her face, but her eyes danced in dullness. For once, her hazel brown eyes were not dancing in lust. For a quick second, the female let her guard down, and her eyes showed nothing but sadness.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

He wasn’t a stranger to females and one of the things he loved about them was the fact that they liked looking at him. It stroked his ego and as a male, he didn’t see the point in reducing it. If they didn’t like it, they could get over it and leave him alone. He was a proud creature and if that was a problem, then he He didn’t miss her slightly crestfallen look and it made his grin even slier. He found her beautiful, yes, but she didn’t need to know that yet. He had to see if she had a brain to match. Her next words made his ears flicker. He almost sighed, but didn’t want her to know she had failed that test. He smiled at her words though, though part of him looked down upon her for not realizing her full potential rested outside that of a soiled dove. He did note the shiver and stepped closer with a grin. Just because he thought she was lowly, didn’t mean he couldn’t himself get down there. He smiled at her and answered her question with one of his own, ”Do you always wander aimlessly? Where’s the point in that? I came here to see it and try to understand why humans glorify the dead.”
|
[/b] He turned his head to look at her as she spoke. Lexa. It was a nice name and his keen eyes caught the sadness. He stepped closer, facing her so that he was little more than a half a foot from her. He cocked his head, studying her. ”Perhaps you didn’t come here simply because you wandered. What brought you here?”[/b] He said it with the full intention of finding out. He was an inquisitive creature and he had an insatiable knowledge. He may be nosy, but he looked at her, eyes sharp. What could offer more than pleasure? That was what Admiral was looking forward to, what he found indescribably sexy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amount:[/b] 344 Words. Golden brown eyes looked at the black and tan doberman, the white female stared at him. Lust showed in her eyes, but a deep void was in her heart. Lexa was afraid of loving, and being in a relationship, being with someone that wanted her for her, and not just what she gave. Sighing, Lexa's lips curled back into a smile and her tail flicked in a welcoming as Admiral moved closer to her. Then the male started to question her, and her ears twitched with annoyance. "No, I'm usually with someone, but lately I've been alone. I'm not sure why I'm here. I just go where my paws take me, if others don't have me follow them." Lexa said calmly. "Do humans interest you?" Lexa asked, confused why any canine would care about people.
Admiral steppted closer to Lexa again, and this pleased her even more. He was a about a foot or so away from her, and her golden eyes shined with happiness. "Nothing brought me here, I just came here. Why?" She asked, her tone with a little irritated, but it soon went away. She didn't know the dobbie mix, and for all she knew he could just be that curious type. "What's your name?" Lexa asked, wondering what type of name he would give her. A smile crossed her lips as eyes batted at him.

He didn’t mind the obvious lust but he always liked to toy. How succumb to a female when he could be the one that turned the tables and made her want him? He sidled a bit closer, and smiled widely as annoyance flashed across her face. Her words made him nod and say, ”Understandable, darling.”
|
[/b] He liked how there was an inherent acceptance of her leadership. They followed her, not the other way around. This would be fun. He nodded at her question, though a derisive snort followed. ”Of course, though probably not in the way you think. They try to rule over us, but why? Are they any better than the ones they claim as ‘pets’? I’ve seen them kill each other and fight each other for sport. Is that any different than us?”[/b] He turned to face her more fully, looking her up and down. ”Because, frankly, darling you don’t seem to be the type to decide to up and journey through the dark. Wouldn’t it ruin your pretty fur?”[/b] He said it mockingly, but with a soft grin meant to show her he didn’t mean it as harshly at it sounded. It was probably hard to understand such an expression, but he didn’t care. His ears flickered at her last question. He wondered for the briefest and rarest moment if he should lie. But then, he was Admiral. There was nothing more him than his name. He straightened and smiled, ”Admiral, darling. What about you? Or shall you remain just a nameless dirty dove?”[/b] He edged closer, his eyes intent as he raked them over her once more. He wanted her to notice that he wanted her, but still he waited to enact upon it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amount:[/b] 295 Words.
