However he can still be considered very handsome with a thick snow colored coat and heavy set frame. His muscles are more bulky than toned and relatively stout legs give him a strength which can be matched by few. His fur is thickest around his head and neck and thins out considerably along his back and legs. Heavy fur pads his paws, making his footsteps nearly silent. Atop his back sits a heavily furred, curled tail with long feathers of hair streaming behind him. His dark brown eyes reveal little about his emotion and are a stark contrast to his bleached coat. Personality: Caspian considers himself to be quite the charmer with the ladies and takes great pleasure in leading them on. However, he considers nearly everyone he meets to be lower than himself and is therefore quite picky when it comes to choosing friends and lovers. Because he has placed himself on such a high throne it will take someone with an equal amount of aggression to throw him off. Although no doubt arrogant, Caspian is also cocky and stubborn which typically leads to nothing other than trouble. He is always quick with a comeback and others typically think of him as rude. Reluctant to take orders from anyone Caspian is not one fit for a pack and prefers to make decisions for himself and not be bound by the rules of others. Caspian is also known for his defensiveness and few threats or dogs can intimidate him. He is not one to back down from a challenge even if his opponent is considerably weaker than he is. History: Born into a family of show dogs Caspian was the only male in a litter of 6. Once they were old enough his 5 sisters were quickly sold into the world of conformation; however he was left behind as the most undesirable puppy in the litter. After living with his breeders for almost a year he was finally sold to a young man in his twenties who was looking for a sound hiking companion. This new owner took Caspian with him back to Canada where the two enjoyed hiking in the snowy mountains surrounding their home. After saving for months Caspian’s owner scrounged enough funds to take the trip he had always dreamed of, into the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. After packing their things the two made their way to Colorado and the first length of their trip was a perfect success. However, on the return route a snowstorm blew in, triggering white out conditions on the mountain. Inevitably Caspian was separated from his owner and wandered the wilderness alone for days until coming upon the strong scent of dogs. Following his nose led him straight into the abandoned town of Saddle Creek. [/scrolly]
