A scream wretched from deep inside of the heart, left unbeating in the chest of the young Japanese Spitz, coming out loud, like a screeching raven. Something new had just happened, a feeling never felt before by such a young, innocent little female as Pandora, who now sat staring at the door of the general store in which had practically been destroyed by such a small creature. An outburst one may call it, due to a heavy ringing throughout her skull bringing to her both pain and panic for the young Sia had witnessed, and or felt many unusual things, oh but this...this was new to even her, and the girl did not like it, she didn’t like it at all. So, in a somewhat proper handling of the situation, she rummaged the shelves, threw her white, strong body against the hard metal objects, and walls, too. It would be incredibly shocking for one to not hear her predicament from a mile away. Oh, and the screaming, the sobs, the glass of the extra large window in the front of the old store busting everywhere, shattering over her, not that she really cared. However, maybe the can she threw through the window did...but whatever, it wasn’t living, it couldn’t feel, it couldn’t hurt and die, sadly. It would be so refreshing about this time of the day to watch something suffer from her own duties, lovely even for Pandora, oh Pandora was different from the rest, and was not about to hide her uniqueness. Not now, not ever, because she had nothing to fear. Slowly the pain in her cranium had subsided to a low bell behind her left ear, which was still quite annoying, yet much better than the sensation felt just moments before. So there she sat, panting, blankly staring at the door as if waiting for someone to walk through it, maybe momma...or Charlotte, that would be a pleasant surprise considering she was dead, like the can, ya know...if it were ever living in the first place. Each dark eye focused on the realms of nothing, what was she waiting for? Nothing. Well, nothing that she knew of anyway, since momma was the only one who knew now that she had stuck herself inside the body, inside the soul of the youth. Never to come out. Even when Pandora tried like she had minutes ago, causing a large gash in her side, spewing a thick red liquid, with a flow that had slowed from the clotting, momma had probably done that. If momma hadn’t been there Sia probably would have died from blood loss, but her momma didn’t want her to die, not yet, not until she could find another body to overtake as a replacement for her own which had vanished into nothingness, surprising the pup, yet for some reason, not mentally scarring her like it would with other youth. It didn’t hurt though, it never did, by now she was so used to pain, that she couldn’t feel it anymore, exceptions only came with severe injuries when they merely tickled her pink skin under her luscious coat of white silk.

Arrow
There was always a sense of loneliness that pervaded the aura of the wolfish brute. The fact that his size alone scared most canines away was something he had grown used to. But it still didn’t change the fact that today he was rather depressed. The wolf cross padded on silently through the town, nose down. He sighed to himself, the air filling up his great chest and being released with a great exhale. That was when he heard the commotion. He stopped walking, large block head lifted up and tilted to the side.
It almost sounded like a rabbit’s dying wail. But it was coming from a building diagonal from him. He was in the alley, sniffing around for any type of food. The sound shut off rapidly, but there was still a loud squealing and general noise. What was going on? Arrow lifted himself onto his haunches, trying to peer through the window above his head into the general store.
A metal can flew out and hit him in the head. He yelped, but as always, no sound save for a soft gasp came out. He shook his head, and looked down at the metal can. He doubted a rabbit could fling that out the window. He heard a few whimpers and cocked his head once more. He knew what that sound was. He trotted over to the front door of the general store, stepping as loud as he could. It was his way of warning another dog that he was coming in. He tossed the door open to allow his bulk in.
The scene in front of him was strange. The store had been decimated and the smell of blood was in the air. He finally saw what had caused both and felt his heart drop. It was a poor little white scruff of a thing. She was about the size of his head and hurt. He whined, though it was very soft and more airy than anything else. He sat down and then sunk his elbows down to the floor, so he wouldn’t appear to frightening. He tilted his head as he rested it on his paws, his eyes large and soulful. His unspoken message was clear, though the way the little pup seemed dazed, he wasn’t sure she could understand that he was wondering if she was okay. -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Large heatless tears streamed down her ivory colored face tainted with rust and dirt from a deprivation of motherly care in the cleaning department, or any department in that matter. Quickly the youth trotted gracefully towards the large male, collapsing in a heap of sobbing, white fur splattered with multiple colors. Pandora didn’t care who this was, but obviously this dog was being gentle to comfort the young Japanese spitz. This comfort would for sure not be ignored, it would be taken to it’s best advantage. No one ever loved Sia because she was different, therefore every opportunity to find someone to actually care for her no matter how ‘weird’ she may act sometimes, not that her odd actions could be controlled, the youngster was going to jump upon it and welcome the new individual with open arms. For a couple moments the child cried in the paws of the new male organism who didn’t seem to have much courage which was going to be a disadvantage. Momma feasted on the fear that the shy seemed to seep all over which made her extremely hard to control, to contain for the mere 6 month old. “Are you gonna help me?” slightly, her tiny head cocked to the left, staring up at the wolf-dog with large, wide, frightened, black eyes that led to her vacant soul. It seemed the momma had contented herself at the moment, letting the booming inside her brain subside for the moment, obviously showing that she was satisfied with this possible guardian. There was a chance that maybe she would actually spare this one’s life, yet that is also what Pandora told herself the first time around, and the second. One after one her guardians had been picked off by her own mother who seemed to strike highly against the thought of anyone but her ruling over her kin. Just because she was dead didn’t mean she was going to stop being a part of her darling child’s life.

Arrow Arrow’s ears flattened on his blockade of a head as he watched the tiny pup. She looked at him and then dived into his paws. He jolted his head back with a soft grunt. He looked down at her as she sobbed on him. He let out a soft whine, hard to hear over the young female’s cries. His ears flickered. What was he supposed to do? He didn’t exactly have the knowledge to take care of young pups. Much less ones with a gash in their side as they bawled on his large paws.
It was also strange that she was so trusting. He had never had a canine approach him with such perfect honesty. She didn’t care that he was a large brute that she knew nothing about. She twisted on his paws and his ears flickered forward, his dark eyes wide as he waited. She whimpered her question in a voice so soft that he cocked his head with pity. Her wide black eyes held a strange glint to them, but there was no doubting that she was waiting for his answer. As always, the pit inside his stomach grew large, opening into a black hole that made him swallow hard.
How to tell her? He couldn’t just get up and leave her, it was obvious she needed someone. Perhaps she had just gotten lost? Her guardian couldn’t be too far behind. Of course, he knew no way of asking her. So instead, he only nodded and bent his head down to gently lick at the gash in her side. It seemed to have stopped bleeding, and he mainly just cleaned the stain from her thick white coat.
He stopped at looked at her and nuzzled her head and then looked pointedly at the door with a confused expression. He couldn’t think of any other way to ask if she was looking for someone. He was rather good with expressions, but it was still tough trying to figure out a universal way to let other canines know what he wanted.

What was wrong with him? Why was he not answering her? Could he even talk? As soon as his bright pink tongue was touching upon her wound, the pup whimpered, it didn’t hurt much, she was just utterly surprised that he’s take part in acting in such a fatherly way even when obviously he didn’t have any children of his own judging by his lonely scent. ‘Tell him you‘re all alone.’ Rasia hissed inside her head, making the youngster quiver “I’m all alone, my momma’s gone.” Pandora didn’t raise her voice, it remained silent and swift, light as a feather. Just take me home already, she pleaded in her mind, not daring to say it aloud and seem greedy. “My name is Pan-” the Japanese spitz began to formally introduce herself but was fully interrupted by the banging taking place in her tiny skull, therefore making her wince with the pain ‘Your name is Sia’ her mother called only so Pandora could hear “My name is Sia..” the youth whimpered and dug herself deeper into his massive, warm chest savoring the heat that she’d never felt in herself, nor inside her mother radiating out and heating the body of Sia, it never had happened, not once, not ever. This feeling was nice. Different, but very delicate and cozy, making even a seemingly dumbfounded Pandora to purr, huddled up atop this male’s large paws. Hopefully momma would allow this wolf-dog to be her new guardian for a long time, maybe even forever, but first, the bull was going to have to prove himself to her without figuring out about her. Momma didn’t like to be discovered, she was mysterious, so perhaps if Pandora kept her little yap shut about her possession, then he could stay...but if not he would surely have to go otherwise he may get momma to leave, and momma did not want to leave her kin behind.

Arrow His tongue stopped as soon as the whimper reached his ears. He cocked his head, widening his eyes to show that he hadn’t meant to elicit that response. The pup didn’t run though, just remained upon his paws. He craned his neck back to better see her, she was resting right underneath her nose. Her words made his ears flicker. His black eyes widened and he gently licked her between her ears. Her voice was soft and sweet, and he wondered what had happened to her.
He had lost everything to a fire. Even the thought made his ears slam onto his head momentarily. He was shaken from his nightmare-ish thoughts when she spoke again. His ears flickered and he nodded. ”Sia.” It was a pretty name. Of course, he loved names. Loved the way the sounded and liked watching the way they rolled off tongues. He took a strange perverse pleasure in watching other talk and names were what gained his attention the most. After all, he hadn’t met a canine that knew his name since he was four months old.
Sia whimpered and shuddered closer to him. He frowned, resting his head over her back in a way that had him surrounding her. He glanced around again. The general store was a mess. Had she just recently either gotten lost or lost her mother? The amount of strength it would have taken such a tiny ting to do all that explained why she was so shaken. He heaved a sigh. He couldn’t just up and leave her. Not until he found out more. -------------------------------------------------------------------------

“Can we leave? Please?” the youth pleaded removing her small body from the male’s chest. Why was he still not talking? If he couldn’t talk it was perfectly fine with her considering it would be considerably difficult to insert any discipline without being physical which could easily turn into a bad thing if he got a bit too rough. “Can you talk?” Sia asked curiously trying to figure everything out. Actually, that could’ve been a stupid move if he could talk and was incredibly defensive about his ability to talk. Not that she cared, momma would be quick in turning over to defend her kin from the jaws of this speechless canine. What was the weather outside? She thought to herself as she tried to creep a look around his boulder of a shoulder to scan out the window that she broke. It wasn’t raining that could be concluded by the snid bit of a glance she got, it could be sunny, or cloudy, but it wasn’t freezing cold otherwise the gusts of wind would’ve flied into the general store and chill it out. Pandora no longer felt her mother’s presence, but she knew it was still in her somewhere, probably just staying calm and watching this possibility through her daughter’s eyes waiting for him to slip up and make a mistake so the demon could unleash her unlimited, useless anger on him. Pandora didn’t want her to do that though, for once she actually liked someone and now she was determined to protect him which would be absolutely incredibly difficult to do since her mother had much power over her since she was merely a youngster which didn’t consist of much strength. Pandora’s muscles had yet to mature themselves to an adult stage, but even with the strength of an adult it would be hard to fight Rasia off, she was very powerful. Slowly, Sia stood, standing in front of the large bull and waiting for him to do something, nod, anything, it would actually be easy to communicate by just yes or no answered questions with him.

Arrow
Her words were quick but there wasn’t any way he could miss the tone. She was worried and he didn’t blame her. The general store was in the middle of town. He himself didn’t often venture this way because it meant meeting other dogs. But he was hungry and he’d learned humans had a strange penchant for tossing good food away. Not that there seemed to be humans here. They had left and he wondered why. The rain had made for a hard year, he was normally a few pounds heavier, though not as filled as a regular wolf. After all, it was hard to take down a buck by yourself. He stuck to easier meals, like birds and things.
He glanced outside as she did, in response to her question. It was getting cooler, it was mid-afternoon, but there wasn’t any sign of rain. That was good. It was getting closer to winter, which meant snow would be possible. He frowned a bit. Where would they stay tonight? He had stuck at the cave for a while now, but he wasn’t sure if it would still be empty when he arrived.
Her next question ripped his thoughts away. He turned to look at her, ears down in sadness. He shook his head slowly, letting out a rough sigh as he lowered his head closer to her. She was still curled up on his paws. It amused him, to see such a tiny thing. She reminded him of a dandelion wisp. One puff and she’d blow away in the wind.
She stood up and he watched her, head cocked. When she turned around to look at him, he stood. He trotted up to her, looking down to gently lick behind her ears. He looked at the door and then back at Sia. He wasn’t sure if she wanted to go, but if she did, he could at least take her to the cave before dark. He just wasn’t sure if leaving would be a good thing. In case a family member came back to look for her. He looked down at her, head cocked.

The pup nodded in response to his back and forth glances, his signaling was not hard to assimilate “Yes, I want to leave,” each word fell softly like snowflakes onto the ground, peacefully. For now it was actually Sia speaking, momma was just drifting off, wandering through their conversation intently waiting for a fault so she could rip into his flesh in a rain of blood. Shaking off and ignoring the throbbing sensation from her wound the Japanese spitz walked up to him “It’s okay. We will find away to talk to each other,” a cute, childish grin formed upon her little black lips as she stretched, standing beneath his paws and waiting for his next move. “Do you have a den?” The ivory female cocked her head slightly in one direction, then the next, looking up at him with her deep black eyes. Yes or no questions would get them far with communication, yet it would not solve all problems between them. Not all answers came with a shake of the head in a certain direction. It might be better this way, with only Pandora being able to talk. Less room for this wolf-looking dog to make a mistake for mother to take advantage of. Even though this bull was large, muscular and broad, the pup didn’t really find him intimidating, but comforting for some odd reason. Possibly it was his warm, coffee eyes that watch over her, or maybe it was not that he did not appear to be threatening, however she just felt safe with him because he was intimidating to others. Either way Pandora felt no fear around this wolf like canine. Only one problem faced them for the day as it was, they would have to tackle the barrier of getting him to somehow communicate his name. How the hell were they going to manage something like that? It would take way too long to ask him every male name she knew as a yes or no question therefore that was certainly off limits. Perhaps he could draw something for her associated with his name. That would work, but what if she still couldn't understand? That would make him feel terrible and her feel confused. If she could feel sadness for him, than she most likely would, however that wad an emotion that she really was not allowed to accompany with herself.

Arrow
She was a funny thing. Of course, Arrow preferred the presence of pups and younger dogs than older ones. It seemed the older they got, the meaner they were to him. Or if not that, they couldn’t understand a word he was trying to say to them. It was funny, but pups always had the imagination and patience to try and understand him. She seemed to have calmed down, and that made Arrow happy. He hated to see anyone in distress. He nodded at her words, though a small smile glinted on his face. He liked her voice. It was small and high, but gentle.
As she came closer, he inspected her wound once again. No harm in making sure. The cave was quite a ways from here, particularly to a pup with short legs. His smile widened at her next sentence. He nodded, licking her head as a silent thanks. He glanced outside again at her next words. It wasn’t raining and for once, it didn’t seem like it would. He nodded once and looked out the door.
He wagged his tail and started trotting. He toned back his normal loping pace. He was half-wolf after all, and could walk for days. He had once walked for three before finding anything to eat. He doubted the little puffball would be able to do so. He trotted on down the steps, looking back to make sure she was still with him. He was still wandering where the rest of her family had gone. So he looked down every alley, his broad head swinging both ways to make sure he didn’t miss anything, nose flared. He knew she’d said she was gone, but to a pup, gone could mean many things.

The demonic child watched his actions carefully, her vision slightly blurred like usual. It was almost as if momma was watching through her eyes, but blocking her view in the process, though she had somehow managed to maintain some recognition of the shapes as she moved after the wolf dog. Weary of his facial expression, knowing that it was going to be a trek to go get where he originally intended the female galloped after him, ignoring her throbbing skull and stinging wound, listening to the murmur of that simple reading of the tombstone in the back of her mind. It was completely mesmerizing for the longest amount of time, making her mind swirl with different ideas of what exactly it meant and who it was from, though no matter how much she begged the more evil side of her to answer the questions she so desired to know the answer to, there was never a direct answer that she completely accepted. There was also multiple variation of the older soul's story that made the questions appear more frequently for Pandora. Snapping back into the real world and focusing her ebony gaze upon the bull ahead of her, glancing at their surroundings which had changed drastically in the time that she had been thinking, almost completely blacked out at that time. However, she was back to normal and fully enjoying the weather which was warm and sunny, only today would she enjoy it, usually the thick coat of hers would bug the crap out of her in such excruciating temperatures as that of today, for some reason though, she was actually taking it in. Not that her body could actually radiate or feel that heat, but it externally felt warmer than normal. "Do you have a way of telling me your name? Could you draw it? I can guess. . . " The pup's voice strained to find correct words that would not upset her taken upon guardian who had acted out with nothing but genuine kindness towards the Spitz no matter how odd she acted, no not acted, was.

Arrow He wasn’t exactly sure what he was doing. The little fluffy female followed closely, though he was careful to keep the pace slow so that she wouldn’t tear her wound some more. He wondered how she had gotten it. The mess of the store had surprised him. She was small, how could she have caused such chaos? He trotted on, shaking his large head. The winter wind was blowing a bit, making him worry about Sia. She had fur, but it was nothing like his thick coat.
He stopped at the sound of her voice, inquisitive eyes looking down at her. His name? She wanted to know his name? A grin enveloped his face and his thick tail swung back and forth a few times. He hadn’t been asked his name in quite a long time. The familiar nervousness welled up inside him, making his heart hammer in his chest. Of course, this was a small female fluff-ball. She wasn’t as intimidating as other canines he had met. He cocked his head, a frown furrowing his brow. He tried to think of any successful way to tell her.
He hadn’t had luck in the last couple tries. He hadn’t exactly seen an arrow before, though he remembered his mom describing one to him. A thin piece of wood with a sharp rock at the end, some killing device created by the two-feet. He looked around, found a rock and smiled again tail wagging. He looked back at Sia and then around trying to find a twig. He couldn’t find one that looked right. Sighing, he leaned back on his haunches with a huff.
Looking back at the pup, he frowned. He decided a charade that had worked to allow other canines the ability to get a name close enough that he answered. He pointed. He lifted his tail and straightened his spine and lowered his head, creating a perfect line. He carefully lifted his paw, bringing it curled up underneath his chin. Then he relaxed and looked down at her, head tilted. This was always a lot harder than he ever remembered.
