Nynxaria is a primary black and white Cardigan Welsh Corgi. She is 12 inches tall, at the withers, and weighs 29 pounds. Both of her light brown eyes have black around them, and the black continues to her ears but slowly fades. Both ears have a black dog at the top, where the white starts showing, and the right ear has more white than the black. Her scruff, neck, chest, and stomach all are covering in a thick white coat, whilst her back is all black, all the way down to her tail, which ends with a white tip. Nynxaria's outside covering on her legs are black, but on the inside are pure white, soft paws and legs.
Personality:
Strict
Nynx is usually seen with a straight face, unless you catch her off guard, which is unlikely. If she sees slackers, Nynx will make sure they will never slack again. She's going to be the best at everything, and you can't stop her.
Leader
This small yet mighty Corgi is a natural leader, but when it comes to packs and ranks, she'll do what she will have to do.
Brave
Daring and ready for anything, Nynx will be the one to step up into the situation whether you like it or not, and be the, ironically, bigger dog.
Trustworthy
If you get past that, what seems boring, strict, mean, tough side, Nynx will be a good friend to you. Watch out though, because she doesn't have many friends, so she would be new to it, and you turn your back on her, she'll come after you.
Clever
Nynxaria is always looking for a way to make objectives easier, or if she's trying to get information, or even if she's just defending herself, cleverness shines through this dog.
Athletic
Always trying to stay in shape for her next life test, Nynx is usually being her herding breed's purpose to stay light and strong.
Loves Being Challenged
The Cardigan loves being challenged both mentally and physically. The experience only makes her smarter, and being challenged is her way of having fun.
Insecure
Past this hard shell of toughness, Nynx is a whole mess inside, hating herself, insecure, and a whole lot of girliness.
History:
A cold wind passed harshly by the winter forest, the snow from the fir trees slowly falling off in little clumps. It was beautiful winter day, besides the horrible wind and coldness. The scenery was certainly a sight to see, the beautiful snow covering everything in the forest in a thick blanket. Light snow crystals blew gently across the icy waters. A bloated, small, pregnant female panted in a small den made by a fallen tree and some bushes. As three pups were born, so was the first light snowfall. The wind stopped, thank the heavens, the light crystals gently falling to the white ground. The first one born was the tallest, her ears bigger than her head. She looked exactly like her father, Nyx. The one that looked like its father, was named Nynxaria. The second born was like their mother, small and merle. He was named Atch, much shorter than his sister. The last final one was all white, besides his ears and tail, which were black. He was the second tallest, and was named Maxic. The healthy mother gave birth to three healthier Cardigan Welsh Corgi pups, two male, one female, Nynxaria, Atch, and Maxic.
Two Months Later
Two young lads and a lass danced around in the meadowy fields in the beautiful spring time. Atch, Maxic, and Nynxaria happily played in the fields in the nice, clean, spring day. They hid and scared each other playfully under the tall grasses while the mother payed attention to them, yet looked for food at the same time. Since they were corgis and tiny puppies, they were unseen in the grasses, but their mother was out in the opening. An angry mixed brute came along, the pups heard yelling, whimpering, and silence. The three froze, and Atch called out for his mom, but the dog huffed as they could hear something start to slowly stalk towards them. Nynxaria turned around and ran, not looking back and running to the far away lake, for it was the farthest, and her mother always told her that when there was danger, run to the biggest, farthest thing... unless you can fight it off, then fight it off. Her paws wobbly ran as she tripped over her stubby self a few times, quickly getting back up. Nynxaria jumped over rocks, climbed through bushes, ran through hollow logs and dashed around fallen trees. Finally, after what seemed like forever, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi pup stopped at what seemed like a small pack meeting, but it looked fun. She waited behind a tall tree, panting and blending in with the shade and sunlight peaking in through the maple leaves. Nynx smiled to herself, but quickly frowned at what she had done. She left her mother and brothers to be eaten and/or killed. Tears formed in her eyes, but the Corgi winced and curled up for a stress free nap.
Nynxaria awoke to another small figure panting over her and smiling. It was another Cardigan Welsh Corgi pup, just like her! The only thing different was she was shorter than her and was brindle. Nynx frowned as she stood up and stared at the dog. She asked it its name, age, and what it was doing, and easily received answers, a raspy voice, the other had. Plaid? That's an odd name. Two months like her, and this was a competing event? That's even more queer, nothing Nynx had ever heard of before. A bunch of stuck-ups probably showing off, is what it seemed like. Plaid showed Nynx around, told her a bit about herself, and in exchange, Plaid made her way passed the new, rough, tough, and mean side of Nynx, and into the squishy part. Their friendship lasted forever, as they both nodded in agreement to always be friends, no matter what. Those sound like good names together, Nynxaria and Plaid. This was just the beginning of the dynamic duo.
